Installation

PCV And No.5 Water Bypass Lines:

Install Throttle Body
- Install water bypass hoses.
- Install PCV hoses.

PCV And No.1 Water Bypass Lines:

- Install a new gasket to the air intake chamber.
- Connect PCV hose to cylinder head cover.
- Connect No. 1 water bypass hose.

Throttle Body Fasteners:

- Install throttle body to air intake chamber.

Torque value - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm)

Throttle Body Hoses:

- Connect throttle position sensor.
- Connect sub-throttle position sensor and throttle actuator, if equipped with traction control.
- Install water bypass to ISC.
- Install upper ignition wire cover.
- Install vacuum hoses to throttle body and pressure regulator.

Throttle Body Cables:

- Install cables to throttle body.
- Install throttle body cable.

Intake Air Pipe:

- Install air connector pipe.
- Install power steering and ISC air hoses.
- Install air cleaner and air flow meter.
- Fill cooling system.
- Check for leaks.
