Title CD CHANGER OPERATION INFORMATION

The operation of the SC300 & SC400 CD changer is different from that of LS400 as follows:





TO LOAD CD MAGAZINE:

After inserting the CD magazine and closing the cover, the system will be in a "Load" cycle for approximately 70 seconds while the system searches for discs in the magazine. Upon completion of this cycle, the CD unit will be ready to play (see Figure 1).

NOTE: If the CD button is pushed during the "Load" cycle, "LOAD" will appear on the display until the system has completed the load cycle after which the system will begin normal play. (Be sure to insert CD's into the magazine labelside up.)





TO EJECT CD MAGAZINE:

Depress the "EJECT" button on the CD changer with the cover completely closed. The "EJECT" button will flash and the magazine will move up in the CD changer (see Figure 2).

CAUTION: Do not open the cover of the CD changer while the "EJECT" button is flashing. The CD magazine is latched down until the eject button stops flashing.





After the "EJECT" button stops flashing, slide open the cover of the CD changer and take out the magazine (see Figure 3).
