To reduce squeak noise from the rear disc brakes on LS 400 and ES 300, the brake pad manufacturing process has been improved.





The new pads can be identified by the letter "N" stamped on the part number label as illustrated.



This identification will be used for five months only. After that, the "N" label will be discontinued (beginning in January 1993), although the pad will continue to be the improved style.
