Volume control transistors within the SC 300/SC 400 Nakamichi radios have been improved to reduce an audible "POP", noise which may be heard when adjusting the radio volume in cold ambient temperatures.





PRODUCTION EFFECTIVE:

A production change has been made by Nakamichi to the radio (P/N 86120-24230) starting 12/91.

Nakamichi began shipping countermeasured exchange units in 12/91. Countermeasured radios will have a red dot on the chassis number on the back of the radio.
