      Inspect pads and linings for wear. Check fluid level. Inspect pedal freeplay. Inspect lines, hoses, master cylinder, and calipers for wear, leaks and damage. Check rear drum brakes for wear and leaks. Check parking brake.

Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Inspect and tighten bolts and nuts on body and chassis.
Inspect
    Suspension
      Inspect front and rear suspension member to cross body nuts and bolts for looseness and damage.
    Steering
      Check linkages for wear and damage. Inspect boots for damage.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Includes inspection of all fuel lines, connections, fuel tank band and vapor vent system.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect exhaust pipes and mountings for looseness and damage.
    Evaporative Emission Control Canister
      New York, Massachusetts, and California only. Inspect for damage or leaks.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Inspect for leakage and damage.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Inspect line pipes and hoses for leaks, cracks, and damage.
    Brake Fluid
      Check for leakage.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect ball joints and dust covers.
Replace
    Timing Belt
      Applicable to vehicles operated under conditions of extensive idling and/or low speed driving for long distances such as police, taxi, or door-to-door delivery use.
    Spark Plug
      Replace with correct type and gap according to manufacturers specification.
    Oil Filter, Engine
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Replace fuel filler cap gasket.

      Perform at mileage interval or every 6 months whichever occurs first.
