Parking Brake System: Adjustments

1. Temporarily install wheel lug nuts to rotor.
2. Remove hole plug and turn adjuster until rotor locks. Return adjuster eight notches and install hole plug.
3. Drive vehicle at 31 mph on safe, level, dry road.
4. Depress parking brake pedal with 33 lbs. of force.
5. Drive about 1/4 mile.
6. Repeat this procedure two or three times.
7. Recheck and adjust parking brake lever travel.
