Removal and Installation

1. Remove brake hose from caliper assembly, by removing union bolt and gaskets.
2. Remove caliper bolts from torque plate, then the caliper.
3. Remove brake pads and hardware.
4. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
a. Use new gaskets on union bolt and tighten union bolt to specifications.
b. Tighten caliper bolts to specifications.
c. Fill reservoir, bleed brakes and check for leaks.
