Radiator: Service and Repair

1. Remove battery and battery tray.
2. Remove engine undercover, then drain engine coolant into suitable container.
3. Disconnect upper radiator, reservoir, lower radiator and A/T oil cooler hoses from radiator. Plug all hose ends.
4. Remove No. 2 fan shroud clips, then disconnect No. 2 fan shroud claw from No. 1 fan shroud hook and remove No. 2 fan shroud.
5. Disconnect ECT switch for electric cooling fan connector and wire, then the electric cooling fan counter and wire.
6. Remove upper radiator support nuts, then the upper radiator supports.
7. Remove lower radiator supports.
8. Remove electric cooling fan from radiator.
9. Remove No. 1 fan shroud bolts, then disconnect lower sides of shroud from radiator hooks.
10. Remove radiator, then the No. 1 fan shroud cushions.
12. Reverse procedure to install,noting the following:
a. Fill with engine coolant, then check and adjust automatic transmission fluid level as necessary.
b. Start engine and check for leaks.
