INSTRUMENT PANEL DISASSEMBLY





1. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE
(a) Remove the 8 screws and nozzle.
(b) Disconnect the side defroster nozzle duct No.1 from the nozzle.
(c) Disconnect the side defroster nozzle duct No.2 from the nozzle.





2. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.4
Remove the 4 screws and duct.
3. REMOVE REGISTER NO.2
Remove the screw and register.
4. REMOVE HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT NO.1
5. REMOVE REGISTER DUCT NO.1.
Remove the screw and duct.





6. REMOVE SOLAR SENSOR
Remove the sensor, then disconnect the connector.





7. REMOVE PHOTO DETECTING SENSOR
(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Remove the sensor, then disconnect the connector.

8. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE HARNESS
(a) Remove the 7 screws.
(b) Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips.
(c) Remove the wire harness, then disconnect the connector.

9. REMOVE ROOM TEMPERATURE SENSOR
Remove the 3 screws and sensor.





10. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH
(a) Using a screwdriver, remove the garnish No.1.
(b) Using a screwdriver, remove the garnish No.2. HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
