Introduction
Repair Manual corrections have been made to the Hydraulic Brake Booster Pressure Switch (PH) and (PL) conditions check as shown:

Step 5 - Check Pressure Switch (PH). The pressure switch (PH) condition of the hydraulic brake booster pressure is NOT VALID when using the Lexus Hand Held Tester, because the ABS/TRAC and VSC ECUs do not support it.

Use the procedure as described in the Repair Manual when the Lexus Hand Held Tester is NOT used.

Step 6 - Check Pressure Switch (PL). The pressure switch (PL) condition of the hydraulic brake booster pressure is NOT VALID when using the Lexus Hand Held Tester, because the ABS/ TRAC and VSC ECUs do not support it.

Use the procedure as described in the Repair Manual when the Lexus Hand-Held Tester is NOT used.
