Check
    Vehicle
      While driving the vehicle, check the proper operation of the engine, transmission, brakes and steering. Check for abnormal noises or vibrations from any part of the vehicle. Perform a general body check for corrosion and rust.
    Constant Velocity Joint Boot
      Driveshaft boots and clamps for cracks, deterioration, or damage. Retorque the flange bolts.
Tighten/Torque
    Body and Frame
      Body and Chassis.
Inspect
    Valve Clearance
      Perform an audible inspection and adjust the valves if necessary.
    Steering Gear
      Inspect for signs of leakage.
    Steering
      Inspect steering linkages for bending and damage. Check dust boots for deterioration, cracks, or damage.
    Paint
      Inspect body for corrosion and paint condition.
    Fuel Supply Line
      Includes inspection of all fuel lines, connections, fuel tank band and vapor vent system.
    Fuel Filler Cap
      Check gasket for proper sealing. Check tank filler neck for damage. Inspect fuel tank cap gasket for cracks and signs of leakage.
    Exhaust System
      Inspect the exhaust pipes and mountings.
    Drive Belt
    Brakes and Traction Control
      Inspect the vehicles brake linings and discs/drums. Check parking brake operation and brake pedal free-play.
    Brake Hose/Line
      Check brake lines and hoses for chaffing, cracks, deterioration, or damage.
    Ball Joint
      Inspect the vehicles ball joints and dust covers looseness, damage, and deterioration.
Replace

    Fluid - Differential
       Replace limited slip differential fluid every 30,000 miles or 24 months.
    Fluid - A/T
      Service fluid and filter. Check for leakage.

Rotate
    Tires
      Rotate tires. Inspect tires for cracks and damage.
