Rear

REMOVAL
1. DISCONNECT TAILPIPE
2. REMOVE BOTH SIDE STABILIZER BAR LINKS
Remove the 4 nuts and 2 stabilizer bar links.

Torque: 74 Nm (750 kgf-cm, 54 ft. lbs.)





3. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR

Remove the 4 bolts and stabilizer bar with the 2 brackets and 2 bushings.

Torque: 28 Nm (290 kgf-cm, 21 ft. lbs.)

4. REMOVE BOTH SIDE BUSHINGS AND BRACKETS

HINT: At the time of installation, install the bushing to the outside of the paint line.

INSPECTION
1. INSPECT STABILIZER BAR LINK BALL JOINT FOR ROTATION CONDITION





a. As shown, flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times, before installing the nut.
b. Using a torque wrench, turn the nut continuously one turn each 2-4 seconds and take the torque reading on the 5th turn.

Turning torque: 0.05-1.0 Nm (0.5-10 kgf-cm, 0.4-8.7 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
