To eliminate a 'thump' type noise from the Front Suspension Support on rough (washboard) road surfaces, the Suspension Support design has been changed. This Technical Service Bulletin is directed towards 1997 ~ 2000 Model Year ES300 and 1999/2000 M.Y. RX300.

Modification Information:
- The shape of the rubber bushing for the suspension support has been changed.

NOTE: This change is not applicable to ES300 equipped with Adaptive Variable Suspension.
