EXTERIOR PAINT COLOURS

This is to inform you of the exterior part colours on the 2000 model year and the 1999 RX 300 Lexus vehicles.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES:
- 2000 model year LS400, GS400/300, ES300, SC400/300 and LX470 Lexus
- 1999 RX300 Lexus

PAINTING METHOD:

LS400, GS400/300, ES300, LX470, RX300







The cladding panels and the bottom of the front and rear bumpers are painted with a different color than the body colour to achieve a two-tone appearance.

REPAIR PRECAUTION:
Heat deformation of the cladding panels occurs more easily than with bumpers. Therefore, please observe the following precautions:

1. Hold the cladding panels firmly in place and keep the drying temperature below 50°C (122°F).
2. Since the cladding panels and bumpers are made of plastic resin, use a two component urethane paint with plasticizer.
