Power Seat Switch: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH CONTINUITY

Slide Switch:

* Inspect Slide Switch

Rear Vertical Switch:

* Inspect Rear Vertical Switch

Front Vertical Switch:

* Inspect Front Vertical Switch

Headrest Switch:

* Inspect Headrest Switch

Reclining Switch:

* Inspect Reclining Switch


If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.








INSPECT POWER SEAT SWITCH CIRCUIT
a. Disconnect the switch connector and connect the seat wire harness to the floor wire harness.
b. Inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.

If circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.







INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT SWITCH CONTINUITY

NOTE: ( ) = Passenger's Seat

If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.








INSPECT LUMBAR SUPPORT SWITCH CIRCUIT
a. Disconnect the switch connector and connect the seat wire harness to the floor wire harness.
b. Inspect the connector on the wire harness side, as shown.

If circuit is not as specified, inspect the circuits connected to other parts.

* Inspect Slide Switch

Headrest Switch LH (for Turning):

Headrest Switch RH (for Turning):

Headrest Switch LH (for Vertical):

Headrest Switch RH (for Vertical):

* Inspect Headrest Switch

If continuity is not as specified, replace the switch.
