DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE METER GLASS
a. Remove the 8 screws.
b. Remove the character plate from the meter plate.




2. REMOVE METER PLATE
a. Remove the 4 screws.
b. Remove the meter plate from the meter case.

3. REMOVE METER CIRCUIT PLATE




a. Remove the 19 screws.
b. Disconnect the 2 connectors from the meter circuit plate.
c. Remove the bulbs from the meter circuit plate.







d. Remove the 2 meter circuit plate.




4. REMOVE CHARACTER PLATE
Remove the 4 screws from the meter case.




5. REMOVE FUEL AND TEMPERATURE GAUGE
Release the 4 lugs, and separate the 2 gauges from the meter lens.

HINT: To reassemble, follow the disassemble procedure in reverse.
