DISASSEMBLY




1. REMOVE WIND DEFLECTOR PANEL
a. Using a screwdriver, slide the drive cable rearward.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Remove the 4 screws and wind deflector panel.




2. REMOVE DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 bolts and drive gear assembly.
b. Remove the 2 screws and map lamp bracket from the gear.
c. Disconnect the connector.

3. REMOVE CABLE GUIDE CASING
a. Remove the 10 screws.
b. Slide the drive cables forward.
c. Remove the cable guide casing.

4. REMOVE ROOF DRIP CHANNEL
Remove the roof drip channel from the drive cables.




5. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF CASING
Remove the 12 screws and sliding roof casing.




6. REMOVE SLIDING ROOF GUIDE BLOCKS
a. Remove the screw.
b. Slide the sliding roof guide block forward to remove it.
c. Use the same manner described above to the other side.

7. REMOVE DRIVE CABLE STOPPERS
Remove the 2 screws and 2 stoppers from the drive rails.

8. REMOVE SUNSHADE
TRIM Slide the sunshade trim rearward to remove it.

9. REMOVE DRIVE CABLES
Slide the drive cables forward to remove them from the drive rails.

10. REMOVE REAR HOUSING FRAME
Remove the 2 screws and rear housing frame from the center housing frame.

11. REMOVE CENTER HOUSING FRAME
Remove the 4 screws and center housing frame from the drive rails.

12. REMOVE BRACKETS
Remove the 4 screws and brackets from the drive rails.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL BRACKETS
Install the 2 brackets with the 4 screws to the drive rails.

2. INSTALL CENTER HOUSING FRAME
Install the center housing frame with the 4 screws to the drive rails.

3. INSTALL REAR HOUSING FRAME
Install the rear housing frame with the 2 screws to the center housing frame.

4. INSTALL DRIVE CABLES
Slide the drive cables rearward to install them to the drive rails.

5. INSTALL SUNSHADE TRIM
Slide the sunshade trim forward to install it.

6. INSTALL DRIVE CABLE STOPPERS
Install the 2 drive cable stoppers with the 2 screws to the drive rails.




7. INSTALL SLIDING ROOF GUIDE BLOCKS
a. Slide the sliding roof guide block rearward to install it to the drive rail.
b. Tighten the screw.
c. Use the same manner described above to the other side.




8. INSTALL SLIDING ROOF CASING
Install the sliding roof casing with the 12 screws.

9. INSTALL ROOF DRIP CHANNEL
Install the roof drip channel to the drive cables.

10. INSTALL CABLE GUIDE CASING
a. Slide the drive cables forward.
b. Insert the drive cables to the cable guide casing.
c. Install the 10 screws.




11. INSTALL DRIVE GEAR ASSEMBLY
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the motor cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Turn the drive shaft with screwdriver to align the housing with gear point mark as shown in the illustration.
c. Install the motor cover.
d. Install the map lamp bracket with the 2 screws to the gear assembly.
e. Install the drive gear assembly with the 2 bolts.




12. INSTALL WIND DEFLECTOR PANEL
a. Using a screwdriver, slide the drive cable rearward.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

b. Install the wind deflector panel with the 4 screws.
