Introduction
To address situations where a rattle noise is noted in the area of the shift lever bezel, the following field fix has been developed.

Applicable Vehicles

^ 2001 model year GS 430/300 vehicles.

Interior Noise kit (P/N 08231-00801) 1

Repair Procedure

Refer to the 2001 MY GS Repair Manual Volume 2 Pages BO-93.

1. Use a flat-head screwdriver to remove the Shift Lever Bezel from the Cluster Panel.

NOTE:
Tape the head of the screwdriver to prevent scratching.





2. Apply felt as shown.
