Headlamp: Service and Repair

Headlight:

REPLACEMENT




1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the connectors.
b. Remove the 3 bolts.
c. Pull out the headlight forward, then disconnect the bracket of body side.



3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT BRACKETS
If the headlight brackets is damaged, replace the headlight brackets.

a. Upper side:
Remove the 2 screws and bracket.

b. Lower side:
Remove the 2 nuts and bracket.

4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT BRACKETS
a. Upper side:
Install the bracket and 2 screws.

b. Lower side:
Install the bracket and 2 nuts.

5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY
6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
