FOOTREST CLIP IMPROVEMENT

Improvements have been made to the footrest retaining clips for the 2002 model year IS300. Please refer to the Production Change Information Table for the appropriate repair procedures.

APPLICABLE VEHICLES: 2002 model year IS300 vehicles produced before the VINs listed below.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

Vehicles that were produced from October 1, 2001 to November 2, 2001 were equipped with M6 stud bolts for footrest. Vehicles of other production periods were equipped with M5 stud bolts for the footrest. Therefore, please replace the footrest or clips according to the following part number information.







Replace the footrest clips with new ones.
