REPLACEMENTHINT:

1. REMOVE WHEEL HUB ORNAMENT SUB-ASSY [42603/98-46]
a) Remove the 10 bolts and front wheel.
2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
a) Remove the 5 nuts and front wheel.
3. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER [51441D/98-65]
4. REMOVE FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSY LH [48810/98-63]
a) Remove the bolt and nut, disconnect the stabilizer bar from the stabilizer link.
b) Remove the nut and stabilizer link from lower arm assy.
5. INSPECT FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSY LH [48810/98-63]
a) As shown, flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times before installing the nut.
b) Using a torque wrench, turn the stud continuously one turn per 2 - 4 seconds and take the torque reading on the 5th turn.
Turning torque: 0.05 - 1.5 Nm (0.5 - 15 kgf-cm, 0.4 - 13 inch lbs.)
6. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR FRONT [48811/98-63]
a) Remove the 4 bolts and 2 stabilizer bar brackets and stabilizer bar.
b) Remove the 2 bushings from the stabilizer bar.
7. INSTALL STABILIZER BAR FRONT [48811/98-63]
a) Install the 2 bushings to the stabilizer bar.
b) Install the stabilizer bar and 2 stabilizer bar brackets with the 4 bolts.
8. INSTALL FRONT STABILIZER LINK ASSY LH [48810/98-63]
a) Install the stabilizer link to the lower arm assy with the nut.
Torque: 113 Nm (1,150 kgf-cm, 83 ft. lbs.)
b) Install the stabilizer link with the bolt and nut.
Torque: 51 Nm (520 kgf-cm, 38 ft. lbs.)
9. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER [51441D/98-65]
10. INSTALL FRONT WHEEL
a) Install the front wheel with the 5 nuts.
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
11. INSTALL WHEEL HUB ORNAMENT SUB-ASSY [42603/98-46]
a) Install the wheel hub ornament embassy with the 10 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15 ft. lbs.)
