Front






REMOVAL
1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL
Torque: 103 Nm (1,050 kgf-cm, 76 ft. lbs.)
2. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR LINKS
Remove the 4 nuts, 2 bolts and stabilizer bar links.
Torque: 55 Nm (570 kgf-cm, 41 ft. lbs.)





3. REMOVE STABILIZER BAR
a. Remove the 4 bolts, right and left stabilizer bar brackets.
Torque: 23 Nm (235 kgf-cm, 27 ft. lbs.)
b. Pull out the stabilizer bar.
c. Remove the both bushings.

HINT: At the time of installation, please refer to the following items. Install the bushing to the stabilizer bar so that the cutout of the bushing will face to the front.

INSPECTION
INSPECT BALL JOINT FOR ROTATION CONDITION





a. Flip the ball joint stud back and forth 5 times before installing the nut.
b. Using a torque wrench, turn the stud continuously one turn every 2-4 seconds and take the torque reading on the 5th turn.
Torque (Turning): 0.05 - 1.5 Nm (0.5 - 15 kgf-cm, 0.4 - 13 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

HINT: After installation, check the front wheel alignment.
