Mirrors: Service and Repair

REPLACEMENT

HINT:
- Installation is in the reverse order of removal. But, the installation is indicated only when it has a point.
- See the components' drawing of inner rear view mirror.

1. REMOVE MAP LAMP ASSEMBLY




2. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR STAY HOLDER COVER
a. Using a screwdriver, remove the inner rear view mirror stay holder cover.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




3. REMOVE INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY
a. Disconnect the inner rear view mirror connector.
b. Remove the mirror assembly by turning the stay part of the mirror counterclockwise.




4. INSTALL INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY
a. Match the claw of the stay part of the mirror with a cut part of the base.
b. Turn the stay part of the mirror clockwise so that the stay can come to the original position, and then install the mirror assembly.
c. Connect the inner rear view mirror connector.
