The 2004 model year ES 330 and RX 330 are equipped with an Occupancy Classification System that will disable the passenger front and side airbags when the passenger seat sensors detect a weight that is less than approximately 80 lbs (36 kg).
After finding SRS B1650 code on ES 330 vehicles, or SRS B1150 on RX 330 vehicles, the next step is check codes in the OCCUPANT DETECT menu on the Diagnostic Tester. Take necessary steps to diagnose the root cause of the OCS DTC code BEFORE initializing the system.
