Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Driver Side J/B Multiplex Network Body ECU:




1. CHECK DRIVER SIDE J/B MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU
a. Disconnect the J/B connectors D4 and 2G.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Passenger Side J/B (Passenger SidE J/B ECU):




2. CHECK PASSENGER SIDE J/B (PASSENGER SIDE J/B ECU)
a. Disconnect the J/B connectors 3E, 3G and P4.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Luggage Room J/B Multiplex Network Rear Junction ECU:




3. CHECK LUGGAGE ROOM J/B MULTIPLEX NETWORK REAR JUNCTION ECU
a. Disconnect the J/B connectors 6F, 6J and L24.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Multiplex Network Door ECU (Driver Side):




4. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU (DRIVER SIDE)
a. Disconnect the ECU connector D19.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Multiplex Network Door ECU (Passenger Side):




5. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU (PASSENGER SIDE)
a. Disconnect the ECU connector P11.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Tire Pressure Monitor Receiver:




6. CHECK TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR RECEIVER
a. Disconnect the ECU connector T9.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Theft Warning ECU Assy:




7. CHECK THEFT WARNING ECU ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connector T7.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Transponder Key ECU Assy (Immobiliser ECU):




8. CHECK TRANSPONDER KEY ECU ASSY (IMMOBILISER ECU)
a. Disconnect the ECU connector T13.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Turn Signal Switch Assy:




9. CHECK TURN SIGNAL SWITCH ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connector C11.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Multiplex Network Front Lamp ECU:




10. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK FRONT LAMP ECU
a. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

NOTE: Inspection should be started from the backside of the relay block with the multiplex network front lamp ECU connector being connected.






HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Steering Pad Switch Modulator:




11. CHECK STEERING PAD SWITCH MODULATOR
a. Disconnect the ECU connector .




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Multiplex Tilt And Telescopic ECU:




12. CHECK MULTIPLEX TILT AND TELESCOPIC ECU
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors T8.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Combination Meter Assy:




13. CHECK COMBINATION METER ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors C8 and C9.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Skid Control ECU Assy:




14. CHECK SKID CONTROL ECU ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors S5, S6, S7 and S8.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Air Conditioning Amplifier Assy:




15. CHECK AIR CONDITIONING AMPLIFIER ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connector A10.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check ECM:




16. CHECK ECM
a. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

NOTE:
- Inspection should be started from the backside of the ECM with the ECM connector being connected.
- Inspect the power source voltage and the body ground before the operation inspection.






HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

17. CHECK AIRBAG ECU

18. CHECK GATEWAY ECU
a. Disconnect the ECU connector.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Sliding Roof Control ECU Assy:




19. CHECK SLIDING ROOF CONTROL ECU ASSY
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors S18 and S19.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Position Control ECU Assy (Driver Side):




20. CHECK POSITION CONTROL ECU ASSY (DRIVER SIDE)
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors P21 and P22.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.


Terminals Of ECU/Pinouts - Check Multiplex Network Door ECU (Passenger's Side):




21. CHECK MULTIPLEX NETWORK DOOR ECU (PASSENGER'S SIDE)
a. Disconnect the ECU connectors P23 and P24.




b. Check the voltage and continuity of each terminal of the vehicle's side connectors.

HINT: If the value is not as specified the vehicle's side may be defective. In this case, inspect the harness, connector and fuse between the ECU and battery, then repair or replace it if necessary.

22. CHECK RADIO RECEIVER AMPLIFIER ASSY
