INSPECT POWER WINDOW OPERATION






HINT: The initial condition that the customizing function by the hand-held tester is not chosen is shown.

INSPECT POWER WINDOW FAIL-SAFE FUNCTION




When an abnormality is detected in the limit switch and pulse sensor for operating the jam protection function (DTC: B1231/31, B1232/32, B1233/33, B1234/34), the following power window operations will be prohibited for fail-safe.

HINT: In case of normal limit switch, prohibition (fail-safe function) will be cancelled by fully opening the door glass or fully-closed by manual operation then AUTO operation will be possible.

INSPECT ECU DATA MONITOR WITH HAND-HELD TESTER




Check the driver (D) and passenger (P) door ECU condition by the ECU data monitor.

HINT: *:CAUTION is indicated when something caught in the window is detected.

INSPECT ACTIVE TEST WITH HAND-HELD TESTER




Check the driver's and passenger's power window operation by the active test.
