TSIB No. PG002--02 is now obsolete and should be discarded. The changes will take place January 1, 2008.

Introduction





Replacement Certification Labels (vinyl label affixed to driver's door or door post) may be available from Lexus providing the request meets one of the criteria listed in this TSIB.

Applicable Vehicles

^ All Lexus vehicles.





Warranty Information

Certification Label Criteria

A replacement certification label may be requested if:

^ The vehicle is in an accident and the label is damaged or is attached to a part that will be replaced during the repair.

^ The label is stolen.

NOTE:
^ Processing of a replacement label will be delayed if the original (or copy/picture) certification label does NOT accompany the request.

^ A replacement label MAY NOT be available if the vehicle is more than 5 years old.

Procurement Procedure





To request a replacement label, complete a copy of the form at the end of this bulletin. Your dealer parts account will be billed $40.00 for each replacement of a damaged or stolen label.
