INSPECTION1. INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH
a. Measure the resistance between the terminals when each switch is operated.
If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.
2. INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH RH
a. Measure the resistance between the terminals when each switch is operated.
If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.
3. INSPECT SEAT MEMORY SWITCH LH
a. Measure the resistance of the switch .
If the result is not as specified, replace the memory switch.
4. INSPECT SEAT MEMORY SWITCH RH
a. Measure the resistance of the switch .
If the result is not as specified, replace the memory switch.
5. INSPECT LUMBAR FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH LH
a. Measure the resistance between terminals of the seat switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.
6. INSPECT LUMBAR FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH RH
a. Measure the resistance between terminals of the seat switch.
If the result is not as specified, replace the power seat switch.
7. INSPECT POWER SEAT MOTOR ASSEMBLY
a. Check operation of the slide motor.
1. Check the motor rotation when the battery is connected to the slide motor connector terminals.
If the result is not as specified, replace the slide motor.
b. Check operation of the vertical motor.
1. Check the motor rotation when the battery is connected to the vertical motor connector terminals.
If the result is not as specified, replace the vertical motor.
c. Check operation of the lifter motor.
1. Check the motor rotation when the battery is connected to the lifter motor connector terminals.
If the result is not as specified, replace the lifter motor.
d. Check operation of the reclining motor.
1. Check the motor rotation when the battery is connected to the reclining motor connector terminals.
If the result is not as specified, replace the reclining motor.
e. Check operation of the lumbar support adjuster motor.
1. Check the motor rotation when the battery is connected to the lumbar support adjuster motor connector terminals.
If the result is not as specified, replace the adjuster motor.
