Rear Acceleration Sensor

INSPECTION

NOTE: Do not drop the acceleration sensor. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

1. INSPECT REAR ACCELERATION SENSOR
a. Connect 31.5 V dry batteries in series.
b. Connect terminal 3 (SGV) to the battery's positive (+) terminal, and terminal 2 (SGND) to the battery's negative (-) terminal.







c. Measure the voltage of the sensor.

NOTE: Do not apply a voltage of more than 6 V.

HINT: When the acceleration sensor is tilted, it may output a different value.
