Applicability
Introduction
Some 2007 - 2009 GS 350/430/450h/460 2006 - 2009 model year IS 250/350 2008 - 2009 model year IS-F 2007 - 2009 LS 460/460L and 2008 - 2009 LS 600h models may exhibit a discolored and/or "striped" condition inside the inner rear view mirror glass as shown in Figure 1. An improved service part has been developed to correct this condition.

APPLICABLE WARRANTY
^ This repair is covered under the Lexus Comprehensive Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 48 months or 50,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle's in-service date.
^ Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in this bulletin.
Production Change Information
This TSIB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VINs shown.

Repair Procedure
1. Remove the inner rear view mirror. Refer to the Technical Information System (TIS) applicable model and model year Repair Manual:
2. Install the NEW inner rear view mirror.
Torque: 1.8 N.m (18 kgf.cm, 16in.lbf)
