Fuel Door Switch: Testing and Inspection

Fuel Lid Courtesy Switch Circuit

DESCRIPTION
The fuel filler opening lid lock (fuel lid courtesy switch) detects the fuel filler door open/close condition. If the fuel lid courtesy switch is malfunctioning, "CLOSE FUEL LID" is displayed on the multi-information display even if the fuel filler door is closed.
