REMOVAL

1. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. Remove the 2 caps, 2 bolts and sliding roof guide rail stopper (rubber part).
b. Using T40 "TORX" wrench, remove the sliding roof guide rail stopper (bolt) and tonneau cover stopper.
c. for LH side only:
Disconnect the connector.

2. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

3. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE






a. Using a screwdriver, detach the 4 clips and remove the finish plate.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.

4. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
5. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and trim cover.

6. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 3 clips and trim cover.

7. REMOVE SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY
8. REMOVE TOOL BOX COVER
a. Remove the 4 nuts and tool box cover.

9. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR
a. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 strikers.
b. Using a clip remover, remove the 5 clips and trim cover.

10. REMOVE TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
a. Remove the 2 caps, 2 nuts and tonneau cover.

11. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LOWER
a. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 strikers.
b. Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and trim cover.

12. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 12 clips and trim cover.

13. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and trim cover.

14. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH
a. Using a clip remover, remove the 4 clips and trim cover.

15. REMOVE REAR BUMPER COVER






a. Remove the 4 clips.
b. Remove the 2 screws, 6 nuts and 4 clips.
c. Apply protective tape under the quarter panel.
d. Detach the claws and rear bumper cover.
e. Remove the 2 license plate light sockets from the license plate light.
f. Disconnect the 2 back-up light connectors.
g. Disconnect the 2 side marker light connectors.

INSTALLATION

HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart.

1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER COVER






a. Apply protective tape under the quarter panel.
b. Connect the 2 side marker light connectors.
c. Connect the 2 back-up light connectors.
d. Install the 2 license plate light sockets to the license plate light.
e. Attach the claws to install the rear bumper cover.
f. Install the 2 screws, 6 bolts and 4 clips.
g. Remove the protective tape.

2. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE LH
a. Install the trim cover with the 4 clips.

3. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SIDE RH
a. Install the trim cover with the 4 clips.

4. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER FRONT
a. Install the trim cover with the 12 clips.

5. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER INNER LOWER
a. Install the trim cover with the 6 clips.
b. Install the 2 strikers with the 2 bolts.

6. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
a. Install the tonneau cover with the 2 nuts and 2 caps

7. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR
a. Install the trim cover with the 5 clips.
b. Install the 2 strikers with the 2 bolts.

8. INSTALL TOOL BOX COVER
a. Install the tool box cover with the 4 nuts.

9. INSTALL SPARE WHEEL COVER ASSEMBLY
10. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER LH
a. Install the trim cover with the 3 clips.

11. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER RH
a. Install the trim cover with the 3 clips.

12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT FLOOR MAT
13. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE






a. Attach the 4 clips to install the finish plate.

14. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
a. for LH side only: Connect the connector.
b. Using a T40 "TORX" wrench, install the sliding roof guide rail stopper (bolt) and tonneau cover stopper.
c. Install the sliding roof guide rail stopper (rubber part) with the 2 bolts and 2 caps.

15. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER STOPPER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.
