DTC CHECK

1. CHECK INDICATOR




a. Turn the ignition switch ON while pressing the A/C control AUTO switch and Recirculation / Fresh (R/F) select switch simultaneously.




b. Check that the indicators turn on and off 4 times at 1 second intervals.

HINT: After the indicator check is completed, the system enters the DTC check mode automatically.




2. CHECK DTC (SENSOR CHECK)
When not Using Intelligent Tester:

a. After the indicator check is completed, the system enters the DTC check mode automatically.

HINT:
- Press the OFF switch to cancel the check mode.
- In the sensor check mode, troubleshooting may be partially performed. Be sure to perform the actuator check and sensor check again.

b. Read the DTCs displayed on the panel (temperature display). Refer to the list of DTCs when reading the codes.




c. If a slower display speed is desired, press the driver temperature up switch to change the Step No. display. Each press of the switch will change the step by 1.
