Luggage Room Light Circuit
DESCRIPTION
The main body ECU LH receives luggage room door information, and turns on the luggage room light.

INSPECTION PROCEDURE
PROCEDURE
1. PERFORM ACTIVE TEST USING TECHSTREAM (LUGGAGE ROOM LIGHT)
(a) Select the ACTIVE TEST, use the Techstream to generate a control command, and then check that the luggage room light illuminates.
Body No. 3 (Main body ECU LH)
OK:
Luggage room light illuminates.
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
NG -- Continue to next step.
2. INSPECT FUSE (RR-B)
(a) Remove the RR-B fuse from the rear multiplex network ECU.
(b) Measure the resistance of the fuse.
Standard resistance:
Below 1 Ohms
NG -- REPLACE FUSE
OK -- Continue to next step.
3. REPLACE LUGGAGE ROOM LIGHT
(a) Temporarily replace the luggage room light with a new or normally functioning one.
(b) Turn the luggage room light switch ON.
(c) Check that the light illuminates.
OK:
Luggage room light illuminates.
OK -- END
NG -- Continue to next step.
4. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ECU - BATTERY)
(a) Disconnect the V3 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the voltage of the wire harness side connector.
Standard voltage:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- Continue to next step.
5. INSPECT LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER (LUGGAGE DOOR COURTESY SWITCH)
(a) Inspect the luggage door courtesy switch Testing and Inspection.
OK:
Luggage door closer (luggage door courtesy switch) is normal.
NG -- REPLACE LUGGAGE DOOR CLOSER
OK -- Continue to next step.
6. CHECK WIRE HARNESS (ECU - DOOR CLOSER AND BODY GROUND)
(a) Disconnect the V3 ECU connector.
(b) Disconnect the Y5 closer connector.
(c) Measure the resistance of the wire harness side connectors.
Standard resistance:
NG -- REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK -- PROCEED TO NEXT CIRCUIT INSPECTION SHOWN IN PROBLEM SYMPTOMS TABLE
