Transmission Position Sensor/Switch: Adjustments

L110 HYBRID TRANSMISSION / TRANSAXLE: SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR: ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTMENT

1. ADJUST SHIFT LEVER POSITION SENSOR
(a) Set the shift lever to the N position.
(b) Remove the nut and transmission control shaft lever.






(c) Loosen the 2 bolts of the shift lever position sensor.
(d) Align the groove and the neutral alignment mark line.
(e) Hold the switch in position and tighten the 2 bolts.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf-cm, 48 in-lbf)
(f) After adjustment, perform the inspection Inspection.
(g) Install the transmission control shaft lever with the nut.
Torque: 16 Nm (163 kgf-cm, 12 ft-lbf)
