DOOR LOCK: ENTRY LOCK AND UNLOCK SWITCH (for Rear): REMOVAL

- Use the same procedures for the LH side and RH side.
- The procedures listed below are for the LH side.

1. REMOVE LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY

2. REMOVE BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

3. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTICE:
- After the power switch is turned OFF, the HDD navigation system requires approximately 6 minutes to record various types of memory and settings. As a result, after turning the power switch OFF, wait 6 minutes or more before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

6. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH [1][2]Removal

7. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM COVER LH [1][2]Removal

8. REMOVE REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH [1][2]Removal

9. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH [1][2]Removal

10. REMOVE REAR CURTAIN SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) [1][2]Removal

11. REMOVE NO. 1 AUTO CURTAIN RAIL BRACKET LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) [1][2]Removal

12. REMOVE REAR SIDE TRIM BOARD COVER LH (w/ Rear Door Sunshade) [1][2]Removal

13. REMOVE REAR INNER DOOR GLASS WEATHERSTRIP LH [1][2]Removal
