TERMINALS OF ECU

1. CHECK POWER SWITCH

(a) Disconnect the L36 switch connector.
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the L36 switch connector.
(d) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.
- If the result is not as specified, the switch may have a malfunction.

(e) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.

(f) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.

2. CHECK CERTIFICATION ECU

(a) Disconnect the L15 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the L15 ECU connector.
(d) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.
- If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.

(e) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.

(f) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

HINT: *: Remove the key's battery before performing this inspection.

3. CHECK ID CODE BOX

(a) Disconnect the L32 box connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

(c) Reconnect the L32 box connector.
(d) Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, the box may have a malfunction.

(e) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.

(f) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 2.

4. CHECK MAIN BODY ECU (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK)

(a) Disconnect the DA and DF ECU connectors.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

5. CHECK STEERING LOCK ACTUATOR (STEERING LOCK ECU)

(a) Disconnect the L33 ECU connector.
(b) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

6. CHECK HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU

(a) Measure the resistance and voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

(b) Using an oscilloscope, check waveform 1.
