EXTERIOR: REAR BUMPER: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR
(a) Remove the 2 protectors.






2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PIECE LH
(a) Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the bumper piece.
HINT:
- Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
- Detach the claw on the inner side first.

3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PIECE RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.





4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and retainer.
5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.





6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER EXTENSION LH
(a) Remove the 4 bolts and bumper extension.
7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER EXTENSION RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

8. REMOVE NO. 3 LUGGAGE ROOM WIRE Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR Removal

10. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER Removal
