INSTRUMENT PANEL: INSTRUMENT PANEL SAFETY PAD: DISASSEMBLY

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE POWER SWITCH






(a) Detach the 2 claws and remove the switch.
2. REMOVE NO. 2 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT






(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Detach the claw and remove the duct.
3. REMOVE DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY






(a) Remove the 3 screws and nozzle.
4. REMOVE NO. 1 SIDE DEFROSTER NOZZLE DUCT






(a) Remove the screw.
(b) Detach the claw and remove the duct.
5. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL PIN






(a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 pins.
6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT






(a) Remove the 3 screws and duct.
7. REMOVE NO. 3 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT






(a) Remove the 3 screws and duct.
8. REMOVE FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Removal

9. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER TO REGISTER DUCT






(a) Remove the 2 screws and duct.
10. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU






(a) Remove the bolt and ECU.
11. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE






(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Detach the 5 clamps and remove the wire.
12. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE (for Leather Covered Type)






(a) Disconnect the connector.
(b) Detach the 5 clamps and remove the wire.
13. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for DVD) Removal

14. REMOVE NAVIGATION ANTENNA ASSEMBLY (for HDD) Removal

15. REMOVE NO. 1 METER HOOD RETAINER






(a) Remove the 2 screws and 2 retainers.
16. REMOVE NO. 2 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH






(a) Detach the 6 claws and remove the garnish.
17. REMOVE NO. 1 DEFROSTER NOZZLE GARNISH






(a) Detach the 6 claws and remove the garnish.
18. REMOVE AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR






(a) Remove the 2 claws and sensor.
