Reassembly








SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Ottoman): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY
CAUTION: Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.





1. INSTALL AIR FILTER RH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.






2. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH
(a) Install the climate control blower with the 3 nuts.
3. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER RH





(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the climate control controller.
(b) Install the 2 screws.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors.






(d) Install the 3 wire harness clamps and connect the 2 connectors.
(e) Install a new seat cushion pad.






4. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

6. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE RH






7. INSTALL SEAT VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the vibrator with the 4 nuts.
(b) Connect the connector.
8. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER RH






(a) Attach the 3 hooks to install the climate control blower.






(b) Install the 3 nuts.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors
(d) Install the seatback mat with the 6 clamps.
(e) Install the 4 hose clamps.





9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.





NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

10. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD RH






(a) Attach the 8 hooks to install the seatback cover.






(b) Fix the wire harness in place with the clamp.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover (with pad) to the seatback spring with new hog rings and attach the hooks.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(e) Install the 2 seatback brackets with the nut.
Torque: 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)









11. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT COVER BEZEL
(a) Install the cover bezel with the clip.






12. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU RH
(a) Install the climate control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.






13. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU RH
(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.






14. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.






15. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT RH
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.






16. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.






17. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.
18. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Attach the 10 claws to install the ottoman part of the seat cushion.
(b) Attach the 2 pieces of fastening tape.
(c) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.





NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

19. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat pad (with cover) with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

(b) Attach the hooks and install the clip.









20. INSTALL AIR FILTER LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.






21. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH
(a) Install the climate control blower with the 3 nuts.
22. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH





(a) Attach the claws to install the climate control controller.
(b) Install the 2 screws.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors.






(d) Install the wire harness clamp.
(e) Install a new seat cushion pad.






23. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15 ft-lbf)

26. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH






(a) Attach the 3 hooks to install the climate control blower.






(b) Install the 3 nuts and connect the 2 connectors.
27. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.





NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

28. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install new hog rings and attach the hooks.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.









(b) Fix the wire harness in place with the clamp.
(c) Connect the connector.






(d) Install the 2 seatback brackets with the nut.
Torque: 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50 in-lbf)






29. INSTALL REAR NO. 2 SEAT COVER BEZEL
(a) Install the cover bezel with the clip.






30. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Install the seat climate control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.






31. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.






32. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.






33. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.






34. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.






35. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.






36. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.





37. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat pad (with cover) with new hog rings.
NOTE: When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.
