LIGHTING: HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY (for LED Headlight): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Install the actuator with the 2 screws.
Torque: 0.637 Nm (7.0 kgf-cm, 6.0 in-lbf)
- Do not disassemble the actuator.
- Do not hold the actuator by the front end.

(b) Attach the clamp.
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BAR REINFORCEMENT LH

(a) Install the front bumper bar reinforcement LH with the 2 screws.
Torque: 0.637 Nm (7.0 kgf-cm, 6.0 in-lbf)
3. INSTALL HEADLIGHT SWIVEL MOTOR
(a) Pass the headlight control ECU socket through the headlight assembly.
NOTE: Be careful not to damage the reflector or headlight housing with the headlight control ECU socket.

(b) Connect the connector.

(c) Install the swivel motor with the 3 screws.
Torque: 0.637 Nm (7.0 kgf-cm, 6.0 in-lbf)
NOTE: Align the cutout parts of the swivel motor shaft with the cutout parts of the reflector to install the swivel motor.

4. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT COVER GASKET
(a) Install a new headlight gasket.
5. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Install the ECU with the 4 screws.
Torque: 0.637 Nm (7.0 kgf-cm, 6.0 in-lbf)
NOTE: As the screws are self tapping screws, make sure no fragments enter the interior of the headlight during the procedure.

6. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR BASE PACKING
(a) Install the packing.
7. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LEVELING MOTOR LH

(a) Insert the motor into the headlight unit, and attach the tip of the motor with the reflector.
(b) Turn the headlight levering motor in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.
(c) Connect the connector.
8. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT BULB

(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Turn the No. 1 headlight bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.
NOTE: Do not touch the glass part of the bulb.

(a) Turn the bulb as shown in the illustration to install it.

(b) Connect the connector.
10. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER

(a) Turn the cover in the direction indicated by the arrow to install it.
