PARK ASSIST / MONITORING: PARKING ASSIST ECU (w/ Advanced Parking Guidance System): INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL PARKING ASSIST ECU






(a) Install the parking assist ECU to the bracket with the nut and bolt.
- Avoid any impact to the parking assist ECU.
- Do not drop the ECU. If it is dropped, replace it with a new one.

2. INSTALL PARKING ASSIST ECU WITH BRACKET






(a) Install the parking assist ECU with bracket with the nut and bolt.






(b) Connect the parking assist ECU connectors.
3. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY Installation

4. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MOULDING Installation

5. INSTALL LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY Installation

6. INSTALL LOWER INSTRUMENT PANEL Installation

7. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY Installation

8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH Installation

9. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH Installation

10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
NOTE: When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Repair Instruction - Initialization.

11. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE HOLE COVER LH Battery

12. INSTALL LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT MAT SUB-ASSEMBLY
