Reading and Clearing Diagnostic Trouble Codes

2GR-FE ENGINE CONTROL SYSTEM: ACTIVE CONTROL ENGINE MOUNT SYSTEM: DTC CHECK / CLEAR

DTC CHECK / CLEAR

1. CHECK DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(c) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / E-ACM / Trouble Codes.
(d) Check the DTCs on the tester screen.
HINT: Refer to the Techstream operator's manual for further details.

2. CLEAR DTC
(a) Connect Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the engine switch on (IG).
(c) Erase the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.
(d) Enter the following menus: Powertrain / E-ACM / Trouble Codes.
(e) Erase the DTC.
