INTRODUCTION:

Some ES350 vehicles may experience a condition where the audio / phone controls on the steering wheel pad are peeling or have a bubbling appearance. Performing the following repair will correct this condition.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

1. Remove the steering wheel pad switch.

Switch Removal:
