EXTERIOR: REAR BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PROTECTOR
(a) Install 2 new rear bumper protectors to the rear bumper cover.
2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH
3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH
4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE RETAINER LH
(a) Install the 2 spring nuts on the rear bumper cover.





(b) Install the rear bumper No. 2 side retainer LH with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 2.9 Nm (30 kgf-cm, 26in-lbf)
5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER NO. 2 SIDE RETAINER RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PIECE LH





(a) Engage the 2 claws and install the rear bumper piece LH.
7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PIECE RH
HINT: Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

8. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation
9. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Intuitive Parking Assist System) Installation
