INTRODUCTION:
Some of the above mentioned Lexus models may exhibit a discolored and/or "striped" condition inside the inner rear view mirror glass as shown in Figure 1. An improved service part has been developed to correct this condition.

This TSB applies to vehicles produced BEFORE the Production Change Effective VIN shown.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
1. Remove the inner rear view mirror. Refer to the Repair Manual within E-TAS / TIS library:

2. Install the NEW inner rear view mirror.
Torque: 1.8 N-m (18 kgf-cm, 16in-lbf)
