REMOVAL

1. REMOVE ENGINE UNDER COVER
2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
3. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL Removal
4. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH Removal
5. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER RH Removal
6. REMOVE NO. 1 EXHAUST PIPE SUPPORT BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts.
(b) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket.
7. DRAIN COOLANT (for Inverter) Service and Repair
8. REMOVE MOTOR WATER JACKET COVER ASSEMBLY





(a) Remove the 12 bolts.





(b) Insert the blade of an oil pan cutter between the transmission. Cut through the applied sealer and remove the motor water jacket cover assembly.
NOTICE:
Be careful not to damage the contact surfaces of the motor water jacket cover assembly.
