EXTERIOR: FRONT BUMPER: REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD LH
(a) Clean the front bumper surface.
(1) Using a heat light, heat the front bumper surface.
(2) Remove the double-sided tape from the front bumper.
(3) Wipe off any tape adhesive residue with cleaner.
(b) Install a new bumper pad.
(1) Remove the peeling paper from the face of the bumper pad.
HINT: After removing the peeling paper, keep the exposed adhesive free from foreign matter.
(2) Install the bumper pad to the front bumper.
2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER PAD RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
4. INSTALL NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER
(a) Install the No. 1 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
5. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor Installation.
6. INSTALL NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER
(a) Install the No. 2 ultrasonic sensor retainer Installation.
7. REMOVE NO. 4 ENGINE ROOM WIRE Installation
8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH Installation
9. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.





10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION MOUNTING BRACKET
(a) Install the mounting bracket with the 2 screws.
11. INSTALL FRONT SPOILER
(a) Install the front spoiler with the 4 clips.
(b) Attach the 7 clips.









12. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE LH
(a) Attach the 16 claws to install the radiator grille.
13. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR GRILLE RH
HINT: Use the same procedures described for the LH side.





14. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER COVER
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the lower bumper cover.
HINT: Attach the claw on the outer side first.
