SEAT: REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY (for Power Seat): REASSEMBLY

REASSEMBLY
CAUTION:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the seatback spring, seat adjuster and seat cushion spring may injure your hands.
HINT: A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Standard Bolt - Specified Torque For Standard Bolts.

1. INSTALL SWITCH WIRE





(a) Attach the 3 wire harness clamps to install the wire, and then connect the connector.
2. INSTALL REAR CURTAIN SWITCH ASSEMBLY





(a) Connect the connector.
(b) Install the curtain switch with the 2 screws.





(c) Install the rear No. 2 seat center armrest box with the 8 screws.
3. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the cup holder with the 2 screws.
4. INSTALL REAR POWER SEAT MODULE SWITCH ASSEMBLY Installation
5. INSTALL REAR CENTER NO. 1 SEAT ARMREST PANEL





(a) Install the No. 1 seat center armrest panel to the No. 2 seat center armrest panel with the 3 screws.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.





(c) Attach the 12 claws to install the No. 2 seat center armrest panel (with No. 1 seat center armrest panel).
(d) Install the screw.
(e) Install a new seal.





(f) Attach the claw to install the armrest door.





(g) Install the rear seat armrest hole board with the 2 screws.
6. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY





(a) Install the center armrest with the 2 nuts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15ft-lbf)
(b) Install the wire harness clamp.





7. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK FRAME COVER
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.





8. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
(a) Install the center headrest with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 20 Nm (204 kgf-cm, 15ft-lbf)
9. INSTALL CENTER SEAT CUSHION COVER
(a) Install the seat cushion pad to the seat cushion frame.
(b) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.




NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.





10. INSTALL AIR FILTER LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the filter.





11. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION CLIMATE BLOWER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the climate control blower with the 3 nuts.
12. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL CONTROLLER LH





(a) Attach the claws to install the climate control controller.
(b) Install the 2 screws.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors.





(d) Install the wire harness clamp.
(e) Install a new seat cushion pad.





13. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ANCHOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the anchor bracket with the nut.
Torque: 21 Nm (214 kgf-cm, 15ft-lbf)
14. INSTALL REAR SEAT INNER BELT ASSEMBLY LH Installation
15. INSTALL REAR SEAT WIRE LH
(a) Attach the clamps to install the wire.
(b) Connect the connectors.
16. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK CLIMATE CONTROL BLOWER LH





(a) Attach the 3 hooks to install the climate control blower.





(b) Install the 3 nuts.
(c) Connect the 2 connectors.
17. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH





(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

18. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install new hog rings and attach the hooks.
NOTICE:
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.









(b) Connect the connector.
(c) Fix the wire harness in place with the clamp.





(d) Install the 2 seatback cover brackets with the nut.
Torque: 5.6 Nm (57 kgf-cm, 50in-lbf)
19. INSTALL REAR SEAT COVER CAP LH





(a) Attach the claw to install the cover cap.
(b) Install the 2 screws.





20. INSTALL SEAT CLIMATE CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Install the climate control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.





21. INSTALL POSITION CONTROL ECU LH
(a) Install the position control ECU with the 2 bolts.
(b) Connect the 2 connectors.





22. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST ADJUSTER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Attach the 2 claws to install the headrest adjuster.
(b) Install the 2 bolts.
(c) Connect the connector.
(d) Install the wire harness clamp.





23. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT LH
(a) Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 headrest supports.





24. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the headrest with the 2 pins.





25. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Install the shoulder belt guide with the 3 screws.





26. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.





27. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY LH
(a) Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion spring to the seat cushion pad (with cover) with new hog rings.
- Be careful not to damage the cover.
- When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

28. INSTALL AIR FILTER RH
