2UR-FSE FUEL: FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR: INSTALLATION

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR
(a) Install a new gasket to the sensor.





(b) Using SST, install the sensor to the fuel delivery pipe.
SST: 09922-10010
without SST - Torque: 44 Nm (449 kgf-cm, 32ft-lbf)
without SST - Torque: 30 Nm (306 kgf-cm, 22ft-lbf)
- Do not apply oil to threads of the pressure sensor and delivery pipe.
- Do not allow foreign matter to enter the pipe during the installation.
- Use a torque wrench with a fulcrum length of 30 cm (11.8 in.).
- Make sure SST and the torque wrench are connected in a straight line.





(c) Connect the sensor connector.

(a) Install the intake manifold Installation.
4. INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAK Testing and Inspection
